Pit & Pour is an upscale mobile smokehouse with its own portable stage. We cook over post oak, slice to order at the window and turn every stop into an evening across Dallas–Fort Worth.

Brisket, ribs, sausage and dino beef ribs off the pit. Steaks reverse-seared over open coals. Southern seafood finished over the fire. Sides made with the same care as the meat, five house sauces and desserts worth saving room for.
Our launch drinks are zero-proof. The Pour, our cocktail program, is served only where we hold the required Texas alcohol permits.
