A site everyone can use.
We want every guest to be able to read the menu, find the truck and book catering, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

The standard we test against
We design and test pitandpour.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, with automated checks and manual keyboard testing on every release.
What we've built in
A skip link and clear page landmarks on every page. Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus ring. Text and controls that meet contrast requirements. Labeled form fields with clear error messages. Descriptive text for meaningful images. Motion that switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Most browsers won't play the theme song until you interact with the page. Its Stop and Mute controls come right after the skip link, and if you stop it, it stays stopped on later visits.
Known limitations
Pickup checkout uses Square's secure card form, which Square maintains. Some food photography is styled concept imagery, and its text alternative describes it. If anything else gets in your way, we want to know.
Tell us about a barrier
Use the contact form and choose "Accessibility barrier on this site." Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll reply by email with a fix or another way to get what you need, such as the menu sent by email or an order taken by message.
