The fine print, in plain words.

Who we are
Pit & Pour is a Furnace Hospitality Group company operating an upscale mobile smokehouse in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. "We" and "us" mean Pit & Pour.
Menu, photos and availability
Menu items, portions, prices and availability can change, and items can sell out. Food photography on this site shows styled concept dishes, so what you're served may look different.
Allergen details on the menu reflect our current recipes. Everything is prepared in one kitchen that handles milk, egg, wheat, soy, tree nuts, shellfish, fish and other allergens, so we can't guarantee any item is free of them. Tell us about allergies before you order.
Items marked * are cooked to order. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Inquiries are not bookings
Sending a catering inquiry, contact message or stop request does not reserve a date or create a contract. An event is booked only when we confirm the details, price and any deposit with you in writing.
Pickup orders
When online ordering is open, payment is handled by Square on our behalf. An order is accepted when you receive a confirmation. Collect it in the pickup window you chose. If something is wrong with your order, contact us the same day so we can work with you to put it right.
Alcohol
The Pour is a preview of our cocktail program. We serve alcohol only where we hold the required Texas permits and only to guests 21 and over with valid ID. We may refuse service to anyone. Alcohol is never sold through online ordering.
Your use of this site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, submit false information or send spam through its forms. We may limit or block access to protect the site and our guests.
Our content
The Pit & Pour name, logos, photography, music and writing on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Limits
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. To the extent Texas law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses that come from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we change them, the date at the top changes too.
